Policy on Credit Card Safety
Amberlight Productions uses state of the art technology
to protect all your credit card information from unauthorized use.
No information about your credit card is ever released to any outside
agency. You can use Netscape's SSL encryption, the current internet
standard for secure transactions, to place your order. You can also
telephone or fax your credit card information. It is not recommended
to email your card information, as internet mail is unsecured.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective item, a
replacement item will be sent at no additional cost to you. For all
defects or damage other than CD jewel cases, you must first email
support@amberlight.com with a description of the defect in the merchandise,
along with the product number. A reply with an RMA authorization number
will be sent. At this point, mail the defective product, with the
RMA number on a slip of paper inside the package, to: Amberlight Productions
P. O. Box 3211 Saratoga, CA 95070 In order to ensure that the product
arrives safely, you may choose to use a delivery method with tracking
(such as the US Postal Service's "Return Receipt" delivery). Damaged
CD Jewel Box If a compact disc arrives with a damaged jewel box, a
replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Email support@amberlight.com
with product number ordered, and the date of order, along with your

We never charge your credit card
account until your order ships. In the event that an item is backordered,
we will notify you via email.
